Disconnect — Ford Portfolio Books
To disconnect Ford Portfolio Books from a QuickBooks Online company:
- In QuickBooks Online, open the connected-apps / app management settings for that company.
- Revoke Ford Portfolio Books.
- Tell Ryan Ford or Mel Heath so the matching finance connection can be disabled.
After revoke, the integration cannot read that company until someone reconnects it. Existing internal notes are not automatically erased; ask finance if you need those dropped.
