End User License Agreement — Ford Portfolio Books

This EULA covers use of Ford Portfolio Books, a private QuickBooks Online integration for RAD LLC and RevIgnite LLC. It is an operational license, not attorney-reviewed.
License
RAD LLC grants authorized internal users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ford Portfolio Books solely to read QuickBooks Online data for RAD LLC and RevIgnite LLC company files that those users are already allowed to access.
Not a public product
This app is not licensed to third parties, customers, or the public. If you are not an authorized RAD/RevIgnite operator, you have no license to use it.
Your QuickBooks account
You must sign in with Intuit/QuickBooks credentials you are allowed to use. You are responsible for that account. We do not receive your Intuit password through this EULA page.
Acceptable use
You may use the app only to operate RAD and RevIgnite finance. You may not:
- Use it to access a QuickBooks company you are not authorized to access
- Use it to exfiltrate books data for sale or for an unrelated business
- Use it to store or transmit patient PHI
- Circumvent Intuit or QuickBooks security
Writes and money movement
The default configuration is read-only. Creating or changing invoices, bills, payments, transfers, or journal entries through the integration is prohibited unless Ryan Ford or Mel Heath has given an explicit written approval for that specific write.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is for internal use. Figures are only as accurate as QuickBooks Online at the time of a pull. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Intuit session or API limits may interrupt the connection.
Termination
RAD LLC may disable the app at any time. You may stop using it and disconnect it from QuickBooks at any time. On termination, the license ends.
