Privacy Policy — Ford Portfolio Books

This policy describes how Ford Portfolio Books handles information. It is an operational policy for a private, internal QuickBooks Online connection used by RAD LLC and RevIgnite LLC. It is not a public consumer product and is not attorney-reviewed.
What this app is
Ford Portfolio Books is a private integration that lets authorized RAD finance operators read QuickBooks Online company books for:
- RAD LLC (QuickBooks company: Revolution Audiology Development Group)
- RevIgnite LLC
The integration is read-oriented. Money movement (invoices, bills, payments, transfers, journal entries) is not performed through this app unless a RAD principal (Ryan Ford or Mel Heath) separately approves a write in the finance workflow.
What we access
When connected, the app may read QuickBooks Online accounting data for the connected companies, including:
- Company information and chart of accounts
- Bank and credit-card balances and transactions as they appear in QuickBooks
- Customers, invoices, payments, and credits
- Vendors, bills, and bill payments
- Standard financial reports available through the QuickBooks Online API (for example balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, and receivables/payables)
This app is designed to access company financial books, not patient health records. Do not use it to store or transmit patient PHI.
What we do not do
- We do not sell QuickBooks data.
- We do not use connected books data for advertising.
- We do not offer this app to the public.
- We do not claim a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement for this integration.
Who can see the data
Access is limited to Ryan Ford, Mel Heath, and internal operators they authorize to run RAD/RevIgnite finance. Intuit/QuickBooks remains the system of record.
How long we keep it
Balances and reports may be cached in internal finance notes for as long as they are useful to run the books. Revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time (see Disconnect). After disconnect, we stop pulling new data.
Disconnect
You can disconnect Ford Portfolio Books from QuickBooks Online in the QuickBooks connected-apps settings. You can also ask us to disable the integration. After disconnect, the app cannot read the company until someone reconnects it.
